- flour - 3 cups
- water - 200 ml
Method of preparation:
- Beat the egg with oil and salt with a whisk.
- Pour the mixture into the flour and mix.
- Add boiling water and knead a smooth, homogeneous dough.
- Cover with foil or a towel and leave for 15 minutes.
Colored dumplings with sour cream
There are many useful natural coloring agents that can be used to make colored dough:
- green - frozen spinach
Squeeze the juice out of it. Use the liquid for the dough.

Ingredients:
- flour - 250-300 g

Method of preparation
- Add sour cream and half of the egg, previously stirred in a cup, to the dye.
- Mix everything.
- Add flour and salt.
- Grease your hands with vegetable oil and knead the dough.
- Leave the dough for a while to make it elastic.
