How to make the perfect brownie: food blogger reveals all the secrets

Brownie is a dessert served in the form of a cake and is the most popular among all chocolate lovers. It tastes great with coffee or tea and has a rich flavor.
Food blogger Daria Ivanova knows exactly how to make the perfect chocolate brownie. On Instagram, she shared what ingredients are needed for this.
Ingredients for 6-8 cakes
- bitter dark chocolate - 150 gr
- butter - 115 gr
- sugar - 115 gr
- eggs - 3 pcs
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- flour - 70 g
- ground coffee - ½ tbsp
- walnuts or pecans - 60 g
Method of preparation
1. Bring water in a saucepan to a boil. Break the chocolate and butter into another saucepan or bowl. Put in a water bath, reduce the temperature to medium, and let stand for 1 minute.
2. Stirring constantly, bring the mass to a homogeneous glossy state.
3. Remove the chocolate-butter mixture from the water bath and leave to cool to almost room temperature.
4. Sift flour separately. Add coffee and mix
5. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla until fluffy and white.
6. Combine the egg and chocolate-butter mixture in 3-4 batches, stirring thoroughly with a spatula from top to bottom each time.
7. Add flour and coffee in 2 steps, mixing thoroughly after each one
8. Add chopped nuts, mix, pour onto a parchment-lined baking dish and smooth out.
9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 25-35 minutes.
