How to make tall and fluffy pancakes with mashed banana: a recipe shared by Volodymyr Yaroslavskyi

The secret is in the unusual dough and syrup.
The recipe for blueberry pancakes with banana syrup was shared by Ukrainian chef Volodymyr Yaroslavsky. It was posted on Instagram.
Ingredients:
For the dough:
- frozen blueberries - 180 g
- water - 70 ml
- eggs - 1 pc.
- sugar - 25 g
- oil - 15 ml
- flour - 150 g
- baking powder - 10 g
For the cream and decor:
- bananas - 3 pcs.
- orange zest - 30 g
- sugar
- maple syrup \ honey
Method of preparation:
1. Preparation of the dough. Defrost the blueberries.
2. Put the berries in a blender bowl and cover with water. Blend until smooth.
3. Add sugar, oil, and egg to the mixture. Mix well.
4. Add flour and baking powder. Mix well.
5. Fry the pancakes in vegetable oil on both sides.
6. Prepare the mashed banana. Cut 2 bananas.
7. Mix 30 g of sugar, 30 ml of water and orange zest. Bring to a boil.
6. Add the chopped bananas and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Serve the pancakes with mashed banana and garnish with the rest of the sliced banana.
