If you want to make your fruit preserves healthier, make sugar-free jam. You only need 3 simple ingredients. The jam will be perfectly thick and can be stored all winter.

Ingredients:
- berries or fruit - 1 kg.
- sweetener - 2-3 tsp.
- pectin - 2 tsp pectin (for thickening, without it the jam will be liquid)
Method of preparation:
1. Put the peeled fruit on a small fire.
2. Bring to a boil until the juice releases and boils.
3. Cook for 5-10 minutes.
4. Add sweetener and pectin.
5. Mix well.
6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring vigorously.
7. Pour into sterile jars and let cool.
