How to make spicy white mulberry jam: an elementary recipe
If you want to treat yourself or your family to some unusual preservation, mulberry jam is the way to go. It is quite interesting and sweet, but the taste can be balanced by adding lemon juice or citric acid to the dessert. Mulberry jam can be eaten immediately after preparation, spread on toast, or prepared for the winter.

Ingredients for 250 g of jam:
- mulberries - 1 liter
- sugar - 250 g
Method of preparation:
1. The tails of the mulberries can be removed or left as they are. Put the berries in a saucepan.
2. Add sugar. Put on fire and bring to a boil. Then cook for 25 to 45 minutes. The longer you cook, the thicker it will be.
3. Put the hot jam in a jar. You can eat it right away, or you can close the lids and prepare it for the winter.
