How to make rhubarb charlotte: a recipe for the most delicious seasonal pastries

Rhubarb season is in full swing. And it's best not to waste time and cook something delicious with this seasonal plant. For example, Charlotte, which is very light, airy, and with a slightly pleasant sourness

Ingredients:

  • rhubarb - 500 g
  • jelly - 1 p (40 g)
  • sugar for sprinkling - 2 tbsp.

  • eggs - 6 pcs
  • sugar - 200 g
  • van.sugar - 16 g
  • flour - 200 g
  • baking powder - 2 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the rhubarb into small pieces.

2. Sprinkle rhubarb with jelly or starch. Stir well.

3. Next, prepare the dough. Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until stiff and fluffy.

4. Add the sifted flour and baking powder to the eggs. Mix the dough until smooth.

5. Grease a baking dish and cover with parchment. Put the rhubarb on the bottom.

8. Bake at 170 degrees for about 1 hour.
