These berries can often be found in meat dishes in the form of a sauce.

1. Thick raspberry jam
Ingredients:
- raspberries - 1 kg
- sugar - 800 g
- gelatin - 2 tbsp
- water - 50-70 ml
Method of preparation:
- Wash the berries well, dry them, put them in a saucepan, cover with sugar, and leave them for 3-4 hours.
- Then put on a small fire, bring to a boil, stirring constantly, cool, and repeat 3 more times.
- Dissolve the gelatin in warm water, and when the jam boils for the third time, add the gelatin and mix well.
- Pour the jam while it is hot into jars and preserve.
2. Raspberry jam without cooking
Ingredients:
- raspberries - 1 kg
- sugar - 700-800 g
Method of preparation:
- Wash the berries, then cover them with sugar and crush them with a pestle, leave them for 5-6 hours so that the raspberries release their juice and the sugar dissolves completely.
- After the time has elapsed, mix everything well again and pack the jam in plastic containers or special bags, and put it in the freezer.
