  • sun-dried tomatoes - 150 g
  • onions - 3 pcs
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • roasted sunflower seeds - 50 g
  • salt, pepper - to taste
  • sweet paprika, turmeric - 1/4 tsp each

1. Peel the pumpkin and bake it in the oven until tender.
