Ingredients:
- pumpkin - 800 g
- sun-dried tomatoes - 150 g
- onions - 3 pcs
- garlic - 2 cloves
- roasted sunflower seeds - 50 g
- salt, pepper - to taste
- sweet paprika, turmeric - 1/4 tsp each
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the pumpkin and bake it in the oven until tender.
2. Fry the onion and garlic until golden brown.
3. Wipe the sun-dried tomatoes until dry.
4. Put everything in a blender, add spices and half of the roasted sunflower seeds and beat well until smooth.
5. Add the rest of the sunflower seeds to the whipped paste and mix again.
