How to make pumpkin pancakes: a variant of a seasonal autumn dish
If you want to make healthy and non-greasy pancakes, pumpkin is the perfect ingredient for the base. The texture of this ingredient is ideal for the dough. Also, the vegetable has a natural sweet taste, so you can add very little sugar. The products are moderately fatty.

Ingredients:
- pumpkin - 200 g
- eggs - 1 pc
- cottage cheese - 100 g
- flour - 100 g
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 2 tbsp
- sugar - to taste
- salt - a pinch
Cooking method:
1. Peel the pumpkin and remove the flesh.
2. Rub on a coarse grater.
3. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and fry in a dry frying pan on both sides under a lid over low heat.
