How to make puffy pancakes for breakfast: a quick recipe
Pancakes are a very simple and tasty breakfast dish that is prepared very quickly and easily. The most important thing is to make a good batter. It can be made with milk, yogurt, sour cream, or whey.
Chef Julia Radojević shared a recipe for delicious, fluffy pancakes, the batter for which is made with milk, on Instagram.
Tip: to make pancakes fluffy and delicious, add melted butter to the base.
Ingredients:
- flour - 250 g
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vanilla sugar - 1 sachet
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp.
- eggs - 1 pc.
- milk - 270 g
- butter - 50 g
- vanilla sugar - to taste
- sugar - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix flour with baking powder. Add salt, sugar and vanilla sugar.
2. Add the egg, milk, and melted butter and mix.
3. Add flour and the rest of the dry ingredients, mix until smooth, and then beat with a mixer to make the batter lump-free. Leave it under cling film for 15-20 minutes.
4. Heat a pan and fry the pancakes as usual.
Serve hot with sour cream, jam, or condensed milk.
