Preparation.
- Pour the yogurt into an ice cube container and place it in the freezer for two hours. Also put a sliced banana next to it.
- After the specified time, remove the yogurt and banana, place them in a blender glass, mix with the rest of the ingredients and whisk until the consistency of the cream is obtained.
- Divide into two portions, garnish with frozen berries and serve.
