Method of preparation:

1. First you need to beat the cheese with a blender.

2. Add the egg, salt, and baking soda and put on the fire. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly.

3. Once the cheese is completely melted, add the butter and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. At this stage, you can add herbs if desired.

4. As soon as the mass boils, remove it from heat, let it cool slightly, and pour it into containers. Put in the refrigerator until completely thickened.
