How to make potato pancakes without eggs and flour: food bloggers' ideas

Few people can imagine a traditional potato pancake recipe without eggs, because this product holds all the ingredients together and prevents them from disintegrating. The proportions are determined depending on the amount of grated potatoes. If you add too many eggs, you will need more flour. Then the dish will turn out to be battered. But some recipes don't require eggs at all.

Today, FoodOboz will tell you how to make delicious and elastic potato pancakes with a minimum amount of ingredients.

Food blogger stella_chernyavska shared the idea of a recipe that omits eggs and adds starch instead of flour. The dish is even more delicious.
