How to make Potato cake: without sugar, cookies and baking
Everyone's favorite Potato cake is made mostly from cookies or biscuits with condensed milk. But there's a much healthier alternative: you can use bananas or bread as the base, and honey instead of sugar. It turns out just as tasty.
The recipe for the healthy Potato cake made from bananas and sugar-free breads was published on one of the cooking channels ("Delicious Dishes") on YouTube.
Ingredients:
- bananas - 2 pcs.
- vanilla
- cocoa - 2 tbsp
- honey - 2 tbsp
- buckwheat/rice cakes - 95 g
- nuts
Method of preparation:
1. Bananas mash to a state of puree.
2. Add vanilla, cocoa and honey. Stir to combine.
2. Grind the breadcrumbs to a crumb and add to the total mass. Stir well.
4. Form balls from the resulting mass.
5. Each ball can be rolled in chopped nuts, coconut and cocoa.
