How to make popular Korean potato salad: better than mashed potatoes

Ingredients:
- potatoes
- vinegar
- pork
- onion
- soy sauce
- garlic
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Peel and grate the potatoes on a grater for Korean-style carrots.
2. Wash the potatoes in cold water. Then boil them in water with vinegar for about 3 minutes.
3. Chop the onion and meat. Fry with soy sauce.
4. Add boiled potatoes, chopped garlic, pepper and a little more soy sauce.
