How to make popular garlic and lard spread

You don't need to use a lot of ingredients to make lard that is both tasty and unusual. Just a few of your favorite spices and some piquant garlic will be enough. The result is an incredible spread for sandwiches and toasts.

The recipe for lard and garlic spread was published on the orange_food_blog culinary blog on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • lard
  • garlic
  • salt, seasonings
  • dill

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the lard and make cuts.

2. Cover with salt and rub well. Put in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.

3. Rinse and dry the lard. Remove the skin and cut into small pieces.

4. Pass the lard, dill, and garlic through a meat grinder.

5. Add pepper and seasonings. Stir. ⠀

6. Put on cling film in portions and wrap in "sausages". Put in the freezer.
