Plombir cream is very versatile. Anyone who likes to eat and cook sweets knows about it. This confectionery product is ideal for cakes and various fillings. It is especially often used for decoration. The taste of desserts with this cream becomes extremely delicate and creamy and, at the same time, not sugary.

Ingredients:
- Sour cream – 500 g
- Sugar – 200 g
- Flour – 4 tablespoons
- Vanilla – 1 pc.
- Thickener – 1 pc.
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Butter – 130 g
Method of preparation:
- Mix sour cream, sugar, vanilla, flour, egg.
- Stir until smooth.
- Cook in a water bath for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove and cool the finished cream.
- Add butter and cream thickener, beat with a mixer.

Ingredients:
- Flour – 450 g
- Salt – a pinch
- Butter – 300 g
- Cold water – 120 ml
- Egg yolks – 2 pcs.
- Sour cream – 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 9% – 3 tsp.
- Cream 30-35% – 200 g
- Milk – 400 ml
- Eggs – 1 pc.
- Corn starch – 40-50 g
- Butter – 100 g
- Sugar – 100-150 g
- Vanilla sugar – 20 g
Method of preparation:
- Add cold butter to the sifted flour, chopped on a grater.
- Quickly rub the butter and flour into crumbs with your hands.
- Make a well in the center and add water, vinegar, eggs, sour cream, salt.
- Whisk with a fork and gradually combine with the flour, knead the dough not too homogeneous.
- Cover with cling film and leave in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or overnight, if possible.
- Roll out the dough into a layer.
- Cut it into strips. You should get about 20 strips of 2.5 cm each.
- Wind the strips into cones (14 cm long, diameter of the larger end about 2.5 cm).
- Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Remove the strips only after cooling.
Preparation of the cream
- Mix eggs, sugar and cornstarch.
- Pour the milk into a saucepan, turn on the oven and bring to a boil.
- Pour into the egg and sugar mixture.
- Stir and immediately pour back into the saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat until thickened.
- Add the butter and cook until melted.
- Set aside, add vanilla sugar and cool.
- Whip the cream and gradually add to the cream.
- Mix until smooth.
- Fill the tubes with the cream and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
