How to make perfectly round syrnyky: you will need a plate
Making perfect syrnyky is not an easy task. Very often, the products fall apart or simply burn in the pan. Therefore, it is very important to observe the correct proportions for making the dough, as well as to form the syrnyky correctly.
The idea of making perfect syrnyky that don't fall apart in the pan was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Alex Mil (mil_alexx). To make the perfect shape, you'll need a plate.
Ingredients for one serving:
- cottage cheese - 280 g
- yolk of one egg
- sugar substitute - 30 g
- vanilla sugar - 5 g
- a small pinch of salt
- rice flour - 40 g
- ghee for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Put all the ingredients for the syrnyky in a bowl.
2. Mix the whole mass with your hands.
3. Roll it out on the surface into a sausage, which is cut into several equal parts 6-10, depending on the size.
4. Sprinkle the surface with flour and, using a plate, shape it into a perfectly round shape, turning it over several times.
5. Fry over low heat.
6. For maximum benefit, it is best to choose Ghee oil for frying, lightly greasing the surface of the frying pan with it.
7. Fry for 2 minutes on both sides until golden brown.
8. Serve with berries and honey.
