The secrets of perfect crepes:
- Proportions - milk 340 ml, flour - 130 g, eggs - 2 pcs, sugar - for a beautiful color.
- Be sure to strain the dough through a sieve before frying.
- Fry in a frying pan properly, namely, heat the pan very well before frying, and when you pour the dough, reduce the heat.
Ingredients:
- flour - 130 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- milk - 240 ml
- salt - a pinch
- sugar - 1-2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
- Pour the milk into a bowl, add the sifted flour, eggs, sugar, salt and mix everything thoroughly.
- Strain the finished dough through a sieve and you can fry crepes.
- Heat a frying pan well, pour in vegetable oil, and pour a little batter into the center, spread it over the entire surface, tilting the pan from side to side. Bake for 1 minute, then flip to the other side and bake for another minute.
- Put the finished pancakes on a plate.
You can serve them with jam, sour cream, preserves, and even ice cream.
