Cooking perfect, delicious, flavorful crepes is definitely the dream of every housewife who loves to cook. But if you are a beginner in cooking, don't despair, even if all your crepes are lumpy, it's easy to fix, thanks to recipes and tips from experienced chefs, you will gradually succeed and learn how to make the best crepes.

Culinary expert Yevhen Klopotenko shared a recipe for perfect crepes on his YouTube channel and revealed the main secrets that will make them always successful (to watch the video, scroll to the end).

The secrets of perfect crepes:

  1. Proportions - milk 340 ml, flour - 130 g, eggs - 2 pcs, sugar - for a beautiful color.
  2. Be sure to strain the dough through a sieve before frying.
  3. Fry in a frying pan properly, namely, heat the pan very well before frying, and when you pour the dough, reduce the heat.

Ingredients:

  • flour - 130 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • milk - 240 ml
  • salt - a pinch
  • sugar - 1-2 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

  1. Pour the milk into a bowl, add the sifted flour, eggs, sugar, salt and mix everything thoroughly.
  2. Strain the finished dough through a sieve and you can fry crepes.
  3. Heat a frying pan well, pour in vegetable oil, and pour a little batter into the center, spread it over the entire surface, tilting the pan from side to side. Bake for 1 minute, then flip to the other side and bake for another minute.
  4. Put the finished pancakes on a plate.

You can serve them with jam, sour cream, preserves, and even ice cream.
