How to make pancakes from yesterday's buckwheat: don't throw away the porridge

It often happens that after dinner, buckwheat is left over and sent to the refrigerator. It doesn't taste as good when it's cold. But you shouldn't throw it away – you can make hearty, delicious pancakes from it. You just need to add a few simple ingredients.
The idea of making buckwheat pancakes was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Roksolana Herasymiv (roksolana.harasymiv).
Ingredients:
- boiled buckwheat – 8 tbsp
- eggs – 2 pcs
- banana – 1 pc
- Ghee or butter – 1 tsp
- whole wheat flour – 1 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Beat buckwheat, banana, eggs, and butter in a food processor until smooth.
2. Add the flour.
3. Spoon into the frying pan.
4. Fry on a preheated skillet on both sides under a lid.
