How to make natural ice cream from only three ingredients at home
Is it possible to make ice cream at home so that it tastes better than what is sold in stores? Of course! All you need is a little imagination, patience, and a few ingredients.
That's what food blogger Yulia Senych says. On her Instagram, she offered a recipe for making delicious homemade ice cream in cookies. The recipe is extremely easy and interesting because the ice cream made according to it consists of only three ingredients.

Ingredients
- chilled cream 33% - 400 ml
- condensed milk - 200 g
- cookies
- chocolate/coconut/cookies - optional
The way of preparation
1. Beat chilled cream for about 10 minutes with a mixer until thickened. Add condensed milk and beat for another 1-2 minutes until smooth.

2. Optionally, add chopped chocolate/coconut/cookies and mix. Leave the mixture in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.

3. Put cookies in the mold and pour the ice cream over. Put more cookies on top, covering the previous ones. Put it in the freezer until it thickens for about 4-5 hours.

4. Cut into squares and leave to thaw for 10-15 minutes.
