How to make muffins in a slow cooker: a simple dessert idea
If you usually cook muffins in the oven, you can now do it in the slow cooker. The dough is very fluffy and does not require long kneading. It rises very well. In addition, you don't have to worry about the mass burning or being soggy.

Ingredients:
- flour - 1.5 cups
- sour cream - 150 g
- sugar - 100 g
- vanilla sugar - 1 sachet
- eggs - 2 pcs
- butter - 50 g
- banana - 1 pc
- cocoa - 1 tbsp
- baking powder - 8 g
Method of preparation:
1. Break the eggs into a bowl, add regular sugar and vanilla sugar.
2. Whip the foam with a mixer, now add the sour cream and mix with a spoon.
3. Pour in the melted butter, and add the flour with cocoa and baking powder.
4. Knead the dough, cut the banana into cubes, and add to the dough.
5. Knead gently and put into molds, bake in a slow cooker (baking mode 40 minutes).
