Mint jam is a great winter preservation that every housewife should make. It is worth making this jam right now because the herbs are fresh and fragrant. During the period of vitamin deficiency, this product will be an excellent antiviral agent, and it is also very tasty.

Method of making mint jam (a double portion makes three 0.5 liter jars):

1. Add 200 g of lemon and 1 liter of water to 400 g of mint.

2. Cook for 20 minutes.

3. Leave in a cool place for a day.

4. Strain the broth.

5. Throw away the mint and lemon.

6. Add 600 g of sugar to the broth.

7. Add green dye for color.

8. Cook for 15 minutes.

9. Add 2 packets of agar-agar (8 grams each).

10. Cook for another 2 minutes and close as usual.
