Culinary expert Volodymyr Yaroslavsky shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious creamy mascarpone cheese made from 2 natural ingredients, which you can prepare very quickly and easily.
Ingredients:
- 35% cream – 1 liter
- lemon juice or acid – 1 g
Method of preparation:
1. Pour the cream into a saucepan and stir constantly with a silicone spatula, bring to a boil, but do not boil.
2. Reduce the heat.
3. Add lemon juice or lemon water to the cream and stir until the mixture becomes thick.
4. Set the mixture aside for 30 minutes. After that, put it in cheesecloth and put it in a sieve to drain the excess liquid.
5. Then cover the mixture with cling film and refrigerate overnight.
