You need the following ingredients:
- 1 cup (or 250 grams) of any flour
- 3-4 tbsp of brown or white sugar
- 1/2 tbsp of baking soda
- 1 tsp of vegetable oil
- 300 ml of sparkling water
- 50 ml of mineral water
- 1/4 tbsp of cinnamon
Preparation:
1. Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, add sparkling water gradually, and then add regular water. You should get a homogeneous mass.
2. Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil, pour the mixture with a ladle and spread it over the entire surface. Fry the pancake on both sides.
3. Do the same with the rest of the mixture. The pancakes should be soft with holes that are visible in the light.
