How to make kefir from milk by adding one ingredient: a secret from a food blogger
If you have milk left in the fridge but still want to make kefir, it's no problem, because you just need to add one ingredient to it and you have a new drink.
Food blogger katyamull shared a life hack on Instagram that will help you make delicious kefir from milk in just a few minutes.
"It's very simple – add a little lemon juice to the milk, stir it up, and in a few seconds you'll have kefir," she advises.
Cottage cheese waffles on kefir according to the recipe of katyamull
Ingredients:
- kefir - 125 ml
- flour - 120 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- cottage cheese - 120 g
- butter - 60 g
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Melt the butter and beat with the egg.
2. Grate the cheese.
3. Add the kefir, grated cheese, sifted flour, and baking soda to the egg and butter mixture.
4. Mix everything well and fry.
The delicious waffles can be served with anything, such as cream cheese, jamon, and tomatoes, as well as fruit and chocolate.
