How to make juicy banana and chocolate puffs: better than any pie
Homemade puffs are delicious puff pastries with juicy fillings that are quick and easy to prepare because they are based on ready-made puff pastry. Puffs can be filled with a variety of ingredients: berries, cottage cheese, apples, raisins, nuts, and salty ones: mushrooms, meat, offal, and vegetables.

Ingredients:
- puff pastry – 800 g
- banana – 3 pcs.
- chocolate – 200 g
- egg – 1 pc.
Method of preparation:
1. Take the dough out of the freezer and leave it on the table for about 1 hour to melt.
2. Peel the bananas and cut them into rings.
3. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 4-5 mm. Cut into long strips and fold each strip in half.
4. Put bananas and chocolate on one half of the strip. Cover with the other half of the strip and seal the sides. Put the puffs on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
5. Brush the puffs with the beaten egg.
6. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
