How to make Jostaberry compote without sterilization: quick preparation for the winter
Black Jostaberry berries are not particularly popular among housewives. However, they are an ideal base for a variety of desserts and drinks, including compotes. Jostaberry compote tastes very interesting: sweet and sour, with a delicate tart and nutmeg flavor at the same time. It also has an unrivaled flavor.

Ingredients for 1 3 liter jar:
- Jostaberry - 1 liter
- sugar - 200 g
- citric acid - 0.5 tsp.
- boiling water
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the berries beforehand. Put them in jars.
2. Add sugar and citric acid.
3. Pour boiling water over it.
4. Seal the jars with lids.
