Making jam from any berries or fruits is a rather long and sometimes difficult process, as you need to bring it to the desired consistency and taste.

Ingredients for 1 liter of jam:
- lemon juice - 4 tbsp (except for cherry jam - it does not need this ingredient)
- any berries - 1 kg
- sugar - 1 kg
Method of preparation:
1. First, wash all the berries thoroughly and remove the seeds if necessary.
2. Cover the berries with sugar and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
3. In the morning, put the mass on a small fire and cook, stirring constantly.
4. When the jam boils, add lemon juice and cook for exactly 5 minutes.
5. Pour the jam into clean, sterilized jars, and screw up.
This jam can be stored at room temperature if prepared properly. In a cool place, it can stand for several years, and the berries will not lose their beneficial properties.
