How to make identical cutlets of the perfect shape: sharing a simple life hack

Minced meat cutlets are a great everyday dish for potatoes or buckwheat. But if you just form the products with your hands, they don't always turn out the same and even. So if you want to achieve the perfect result, use the following life hack.

Blogger Diana Holohovets (diana_gologovets) shared her life hack for making perfect cutlets on Instagram. You'll need a regular canning lid and a bag.

First, make the minced meat for the cutlets. You will need the following ingredients:

  • minced veal – 1 kg
  • bread – 200 g
  • eggs – 1 pc
  • milk or water – 100 ml
  • onion – 2 pcs
  • garlic – 3 cloves
  • salt, pepper, smoked paprika, dried garlic

Method of preparation:

1. Add the egg to the minced meat.

2. Add the onion chopped in a blender.

3. Add garlic and bread.

4. Add the spices.

5. Mix everything and fry.

Life hack for making perfect cutlets:

1. Take a regular canning lid.

2. Put it in the bag.

3. Put the minced meat in the lid.

4. Flatten a little.

5. Toss the minced meat over your hand to make a perfect cutlet that can be fried.

6. Do the same with the rest of the minced meat.
