How to make homemade sweet rolls: based on ordinary pancakes

Ingredients:

• pancakes - 2 pcs.
• cream cheese - 150 g
• Powdered sugar - 4 tbsp
• strawberries - 4-5 pcs.
• kiwi - 0.5 pcs.
• banana - 1 pc.

Method of preparation:

1. Mix cream cheese with powder and mix until smooth.

2. Put the curd mass on the pancake.

3. Stir evenly.

4. Put the fruit and twist.

5. Put in the refrigerator to cool the cream cheese.

6. Cut into slices.

Proportions for pancake batter:

• flour - 130 g
• milk - 340 g

• eggs - 2 pcs.
