How to make healthy sweet bars: a simple recipe
If you are on a diet or simply don't eat chocolate or sugar, but still want to make healthy sweets, honey, nuts, seeds, and dried fruits can be the best alternatives. Sweets can be easily made at home, just grind all the ingredients.
Food blogger Tetiana Tebenkova shared a recipe on Instagram for delicious, healthy oatmeal, banana, dried fruit, and seed bars that you can make in 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 70 g of oatmeal (ground in a coffee grinder)
- 50 g of oatmeal (whole)
- 100 g of ripe banana
- 25 g of butter
- 25 g of Jerusalem artichoke syrup
- 100 g of any seeds/nuts
- 50 g of dried fruit
Method of preparation:
1. Do not soak nuts, seeds, or dried fruits, just wash them, you can dry them if you wish.
2. Blend the banana, syrup, and butter in a blender until smooth.
3. In a large cup, combine all the oats, liquid mixture, and dried fruit and nuts.
4. Large nuts can be cut into 2-3 pieces.
5. Leave the mixture for 10 minutes.
6. Put it in a rectangle on a silicone mat or parchment and tamp it well, smoothing it out.
7. Put in the oven for 20 minutes at 175°C.
8. Then cut into pieces and let cool completely.
