How to make healthy oatmeal cookies: secrets from a food blogger

Everyone loves delicious cookies, especially those with nuts, dried fruit, and cinnamon. But very often, manufacturers use unhealthy fats, lots of sugar, and flavor stabilizers to make these sweets. Therefore, it is definitely better to make them at home from natural and safe products.

Food blogger Anastasia Solopiy shared a recipe on Instagram for the most delicious, crispy oatmeal cookies that you can make in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • oatmeal - 130 g
  • thickening milk - 100 g
  • butter - 80 g
  • flour - 50 g
  • baking powder - 5 g
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • sugar - 50 g
  • salt - a pinch
  • vanilla - a pinch

Method of preparation:

1. Mix butter with condensed milk, add egg and sugar.

2. Sift the flour well, add the baking powder and vanilla.

3. Add the cereal at the end, mix thoroughly and form the cookies with wet hands.

4. Transfer the parchment and put in the oven to bake at 180 C for about 15 minutes.
