How to make ham at home: the simplest technology
There is a wide variety of ham in stores. But the quality of such meat may not always be the best. Therefore, you can make the dish at home. You can add the amount of spices and adjust them to your own taste. In addition, the following technology is very budget-friendly because it does not require a large number of different ingredients.

Ingredients:
- for 1 kg of meat - 10 g of nitrite salt and 10 g of ordinary salt
- spices: dry garlic, black pepper, ground coriander

Method of preparation:
1. Mix two types of salt with seasonings.
2. Roll the meat in the resulting mixture.
3. Place in 2 bags.

4. Leave in the refrigerator for a week.
5. Wrap each piece with cling film (carefully and tightly).
6. Cook (or rather steam at 80 degrees for 2 hours).

7. Immediately put the hot meat in the foil under the press to cool.
8. Then remove the film and store in the refrigerator.
