How to make gourmet pasta with ordinary zucchini: the perfect lunch dish
One of the options for a light summer lunch is zucchini pasta. The dish will be much more nutritious than regular pasta. And it is extremely easy to prepare in a frying pan.

Zucchini pasta recipe for lunch

Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 1 pc.
- zucchini - 1 pc.
- tomato - 1 pc.
- hard cheese - 100 g
- sour cream - 100 g
- garlic - 1 clove or granulated
- oil for frying - 1 tbsp
- dill
Method of preparation:
Frying meat

1. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces.
2. Add salt and pepper.

3. Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
4. Cut the zucchini and tomato into bars.

5. Add to the chicken and simmer for 5 minutes.

6. Add sour cream, spices, and garlic and stir.
7. Sprinkle with hard cheese and dill at the end.
