Often, you can't fry delicious fish. It burns or spreads over the surface, and is tough. It's not the product itself, but the cooking technique. There are a few valuable tips you can use to avoid having to throw away the product.

Culinary blogger Maria Zolotova shared a useful life hack for cooking delicious and attractive fish. It was published on her Facebook page.

The woman advises not to add oil to the pan before frying. It is better to just grease the fish itself so that the oil evenly coats the product. This way the dish will not burn, it will be whole, crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside.

There are also fish that can be fried without any oil at all. The idea was shared by pohydayka_ on her Instagram page.

Fried diet hake

Ingredients:

  • hake fillet - 6 pcs.
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • durum wheat or corn flour - 2 tbsp.
  • flax fiber - 1 tbsp.
  • salt
  • spices

Method of preparation:

  1. First, roll the fillets in a mixture of fiber and flour.
  2. Then in a beaten egg.
  3. Fry in a non-stick frying pan without oil under a lid.
