Ingredients:
- Eggs - 8 pcs.
- Flour - 2 tbsp.
- Minced meat - 400 g
- Hard cheese - 200 g
- Tomatoes - 3 pcs.
- Pickled cucumbers - 30 g
- Bell pepper - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 2 cloves.
- Ketchup - 1 tbsp.
- Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
- Greens - 1 bunch
- Salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Beat the eggs well with salt.
- Add 1 clove of garlic, pepper, and salt to the minced meat and mix thoroughly.
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
- Cut the cucumbers into strips, pepper into rings, and tomatoes into half rings.
- Wash and chop the greens.
- Grate 1 clove of garlic and mix with mayonnaise.
- Make balls of minced meat, place them on a floured board, cover them with cling film, and roll them well with a rolling pin to make a thin cake.
- Pour a little egg mixture into a preheated frying pan, when it sets, put the meat patty on it, and bake until done.
- Afterward, brush with mayonnaise and garlic, put the vegetables, and sprinkle with cheese and herbs.
- Roll it up and you'll have a delicious brioche.
You can eat the dish hot and cold, and it will not change its taste.
