How to make fluffy pancakes for breakfast: sharing the secrets of the perfect dough
Pancakes are an ideal breakfast dish that can be served with condensed milk, as well as with jams, and at the same time with salty sauces and fish. Fritters are also an ideal alternative to bread.
Cook Olha Matvii shared on Instagram a recipe for successful, fluffy kefir pancakes that always turn out fluffy and light.
The key to fluffy dough is not cold kefir, sifted flour, or baking soda! You should also put a little bit of dough on a preheated frying pan – 1 tsp – so that the pancakes will be tall and light.
Ingredients:
- Warm kefir – 250 ml
- Egg – 1 pc
- Sugar – 3-4 tbsp
- Soda – 0.5 tsp
- Flour – 230 g
- Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp
Method of preparation:
1. Combine the egg with not cold kefir, sugar, vanilla, and baking soda.
2. After 5 minutes, add all the flour and mix until there are no lumps.
3. Heat a frying pan, and grease with vegetable oil.
4. Spread the dough with a teaspoon at a distance, fry on one side, turn it over, and fry on the other side.
