And the famous chef and MasterChef contestant Mykola Liulka will help you with this. He shared with FoodOboz a recipe for juicy and airy cinnabons that all housewives can make.

To prepare the buns, you will need the following ingredients:

For the dough:

  • Milk - 200 g
  • Sugar - 70 g
  • Salt - 4 g
  • Dry yeast - 10 g
  • Vanilla sugar - 10 g
  • Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Wheat flour - 570 g
  • Butter - 60 ⠀

For the filling:

  • Butter - 60 g
  • Cane sugar - 100 g
  • Ground cinnamon - 20 g ⠀

For the cream:

  • Cream cheese - 150 g
  • Powdered sugar - 100 g
  • Butter - 50 g

Method of preparation:

1. Prepare the dough. First, heat the milk to a temperature of 30-35 degrees.

2. Add yeast, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar to it. Stir until all the ingredients are completely dissolved in the milk.

3. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl. Then add to the milk mixture and mix until smooth.

4. Gradually add the flour.

5. Add soft butter with a fat content of 82% and continue kneading the dough for 15 minutes by hand or 5 minutes in a mixer with a hook attachment.

6. Put the dough into a deep bowl, cover with cling film and make holes with a knife. Place in a warm place or oven (at 35 degrees for about 30-40 minutes).

7. When the dough has risen, knead it into a ball with your hands, grease a table with vegetable oil, and roll it into a rectangle the size of two A4 sheets.

8. Melt the butter and spread it over the dough.

9. Mix the cane sugar and cinnamon.

10. Sprinkle the mixture moderately over the entire cake. Then wrap it in a roll and cut it into 12 pieces with a knife.

11. Put all the pieces on a baking sheet with parchment, keeping a distance from each other, as each piece will continue to grow. Put in the oven preheated to 35 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Then turn on the oven to 160 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.

12. Meanwhile, prepare the cream. To do this, combine soft butter, cottage cheese, powdered sugar and use a whisk to mix until the ingredients are homogeneously distributed among themselves.
