Ingredients for the dough:

  • whole wheat flour
  • 1% kefir
  • salt
  • olive oil

For the filling:

  • chicken fillet
  • onion
  • salt
  • pepper
Whole wheat flour and chicken fillet.

Method of preparation:

  1. Knead the dough. The ingredients are based on the number of dumplings.
  2. Combine the ingredients in the following sequence: kefir, salt, olive oil, and flour.
  3. Grind the meat and onion in a meat grinder.
  4. Add salt and pepper.
  5. Form and cook the dumplings as usual.
