How to make delicious potato dumplings: an easy dish
If you have potatoes at home and want to cook something for lunch or dinner, one of the options is dumplings. Simply put, these are lazy dumplings. This is a very tasty, satisfying and complete dish that can be eaten on its own or served with cracklings, onions, bacon, sour cream or sauce.

Ingredients:
- boiled potatoes - 600 g
- starch - 85 g
- eggs - 1 pc
- salt - 1/2 tsp.
Optional:
- fried bacon/lard/bacon
- fried onions
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the potatoes in salted water, drain and mash. Cool.
2. Add starch, egg, and salt and knead soft potato dough.
3. Form small balls and make small holes in the middle.
4. Boil in salted water.
5. The finished dumplings can be greased with butter or fried lard.
