Culinary expert Yevhen Klopotenko shared a recipe for a delicious sardine pate with lemon zest on his website.

Ingredients:

  • canned sardines - 150 g
  • lemon - 1 pc
  • butter - 150 g
  • parsley - 5 sprigs
  • salt - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Take the sardines out of the can and place them on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.

3. Wash the lemon and grate it.

4. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mash well with a fork or beat until smooth, add 1 tbsp of lemon juice, and mix.
