How to make delicious pasta for dinner: you do not even need meat
To make pasta really hearty and tasty, you don't have to add meat to it. A green sauce made from avocado and spinach would be much better. It is very refreshing and diet.
The idea of preparing a nutritious pasta with avocado and spinach for lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Kateryna with the nickname kathycoooks. The dish is quite low in calories.
Ingredients:
- avocado - 1 pc.
- spinach - 40-50 g
- parmesan cheese - 50 g
- feta - 40 g
- salt/pepper/dried garlic - to taste
- water after cooking the pasta - 80 ml.
- pasta - 300 g (ready-made)
- cherry tomatoes - 6-7 pcs.
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
2. For the sauce, beat avocado, spinach, parmesan, feta and spices in a blender.
3. Add a little water from the boiled pasta. The consistency should be like thick sour cream.
4. Mix the pasta with the sauce in a frying pan and heat a little.
5. Put it on a plate.
6. Garnish with cherry tomatoes, feta and fresh ground pepper.
