How to make delicious mushroom and cheese sandwiches: a budget snack option
Hot sandwiches are perfect for a quick snack. And instead of the classic sausage ones, it's a great idea to make one with mushrooms. Also, add a lot of cheese and greens – it will be very satisfying.

Ingredients for 12 pieces:
- mushrooms - 500 g
- onion - 2 pcs.
- square toast bread - 12 pcs.
- dill - a bunch
- hard cheese (preferably mozzarella) - 180-200 g
- cream cheese - 130-175 g
- salt to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Wash, peel, and cut the mushrooms into small cubes.
2. Cut the onion into small cubes. Add oil to a hot frying pan, and put onions and mushrooms.
3. Fry, stirring constantly until golden brown.
4. Transfer to any container to cool to room temperature.
5. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, add finely chopped parsley, cream cheese, and fried mushrooms with onions, add salt, and mix.
6. Put the bread on the parchment, put the filling, and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10-13 minutes.
