  • Pumpkin - 350 g
  • Leeks - 150 g
  • Butter - 1 tbsp. 
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp.
  • Garlic - 1 clove.
  • Thyme - 1 sprig
  • Salt - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash and chop the pumpkin, place it on a baking sheet, and send it to the oven to bake at 200 C until tender.
  2. Chop the onion and fry in olive oil, add thyme and chopped garlic.
  3. Put it in a blender without the thyme, add the pumpkin, and blend until smooth.
