Summer is the perfect time to make delicious jams, pickles, and compotes from ripe and healthy berries and fruits. You can make jam in different ways and with different ingredients and spices.

Culinary expert Yevhen Klopotenko explained on his website how to make delicious jam in the oven so that it doesn't burn and is thick and flavorful.

Tips from a chef on making jam in the oven:

1. To do this, wash the berries or fruit, be sure to remove the seeds and cut them if necessary.

2. Put them in a deep, large baking dish and spread them out so that there is 3-4 cm to the edges.

3. Add sugar and other ingredients to the berries according to the recipe.

4. Add nuts inside the cut fruit to brighten up the flavor instead of the pit that was there.

5. Sprinkle with sugar and put in a preheated oven to 160-180°C.
