How to make delicious coffee – tips from the chef
A drink without which it is difficult to imagine the morning, and indeed the day of many people, is delicious, aromatic, strong coffee. This drink can give you a boost of energy if it is natural and properly prepared.
Italian chef Marco Cervetti shared on his YouTube channel useful tips on how to make delicious coffee in a Turk (to watch the video, scroll to the end).
Tips:
- it is better to grind the coffee yourself, for a Turk it should be minimal – "in the dust"
- do not use water from the tap in any case
- ideal proportions – 15 g (1 tbsp) of freshly ground coffee per 150 ml of water
Method of preparation:
- It is advisable to grind the coffee yourself.
- Pour it into a Turk.
- Pour cold, room temperature water over it and put it on low heat, stirring the coffee twice – at the thirtieth second and the sixtieth.
- Then wait until the coffee begins to boil and immediately remove it, pour it into the cups, let it stand for 2-4 minutes, and you can drink delicious, aromatic coffee.
