How to make delicious banosh at home: the easiest recipe
Banosh is a tasty and satisfying dish prepared with corn grits, pork cracklings and cheese. It's worth noting that the most important thing in cooking it is to choose high-quality cereal and observe the proportions.
Cook Anna (anny.cooking) shared a recipe for a delicious banosh with mushrooms, cheese, and pork cracklings that you can prepare in just 15 minutes on Instagram.
Cook's tip: if your cereal is fine, you'll need to add 50-100 ml of water to keep the porridge from being too thick.
Ingredients:
- milk - 250 ml
- water - 250 ml
- corn grits - 100 g
- sour cream - 2 tbsp.
- butter - 30-40 g
- salt - a pinch
Filling: cheese and fried pork cracklings/bacon/breast/mushrooms.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix water, milk and salt and bring to a boil.
2. Add cereal and stir with a whisk.
3. Add sour cream and butter, stir, cover, and leave to simmer over low heat for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve the dish with grated cheese and fried pork cracklings/bacon/breast or mushrooms. It will be very satisfying and tasty.
