How to make cucumber rolls: the easiest way to make homemade sushi
Traditional rolls that we are used to ordering in restaurants are made with nori leaves and rice. But at home, you can use a slightly simpler version and wrap the necessary ingredients in a cucumber. Such an appetizer will take much less time and will pleasantly surprise you with its good taste.

Ingredients:
- red lightly salted fish
- large cucumber
- avocado
- cream cheese
- wasabi – to taste
- soy sauce for serving

1. Cut cucumber into slices, avocado into strips, and fish into long pieces.

2. Put cling film on a bamboo mat, and put cucumber slices on it, overlapping each other so that they form a single layer.

3. Spread wasabi along the cucumber rectangle, from the edge where the filling will be, and put avocado, fish, and cheese.
4. Carefully, using a bamboo mat, roll the roll tightly.
