How to make crispy cheese sticks with an unusual sauce: a recipe for a popular hot appetizer

Thanks to the dense breading, the sticks are very crispy, with a viscous cheese filling. They also go well with sauce, especially berry sauce.

Ingredients:
- cheese – 200 g
- eggs – 2 pcs
- flour – 30 g
- corn flakes – 100 g
Berry sauce:
- berries – 150 g
- lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- corn starch – 10 g
- sweetener
Method of preparation:
1. Cheese sticks. Cut the cheese at random.
2. Bread the cheese in the following steps: flour, beaten eggs, flour, beaten eggs, crushed corn flakes.
3. Put the cheese sticks on any flat surface and place in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
4. Bake the sticks at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
5. Sauce. Beat the berries in a blender.
6. Add the sweetener, lemon juice and cornstarch. Stir and cook over medium heat until thickened.
